Nathan Tobin, Technical Director
In sixth grade Nathan started playing bass in a new praise band at the church where his dad was pastor in North Dakota. The tiny PA system they used, which was bigger than anything Nathan had seen prior to that point, intrigued him and roused a new interest in audio equipment. He later helped his dad install a permanent PA there as well as at his next church in Illinois. Nathan began running sound on a regular basis during worship and eventually put together a home studio where he experimented with music recording.
A Webster University graduate in 2007 with a B.A. in Audio Production; Nathan has run front-of-house sound for Harvest Ministry Team events for two years and has recorded several studio and live albums. He has a passion for audio and for ministry, especially when the two go together. He also plays the drums on the side in a few worship teams and loves to fish.
Nathan joined the Christ Church staff in 2007. |
