Church Summer Mission Trip

Each year Christ UMC adults and youth travel somewhere in the United States on a church-wide mission trip. This summer Pastor Jeff Bealmear lead a group of 33 to assist in repairs of a home and a church severely damaged by the September 2004 hurricanes that hit Haywood County, NC.

The mission team focused on two homes, including repairs to the exterior of one home, dry walling, mudding and taping the second home. They also helped replace the roofing on a church.
